Tasulot is still summoned by Kiva only. I'll forgive it sounding like tasulot's fuestle because it's shown to have that sound in the show. Ixa puts it in wen tasulot is summoned, but all it does is supercharge his ixariser, and it pulls off an attack similar to the denebic buster from den-o

It makes sense because look at the fake fuestals all they do is copy the frequency of kiva's monster weapon fuestals so when the organization upgraded Ixa they decided to use the frequency to summon tatsulot.
