Wait for the AL BURJ, it'll be 1200 meters compared to Burj Dubai's 818(+-), but sad to say that Al Burj is not as beautiful as this one.

Mr. I-run-on-stereotypes, they are doing this to increase their tourist attractions because they know that oil is going to run out. If they make 7 star hotels, and make artificial islands is to increase their tourism attractions and have a tourist economy. See, they are actually quite smart, they know that overpowering countries will deplete the oil, and they needed a backup plan, and their plan is tourism.
