"Ichibyou no Refrain (One Second of Refrain)". That is the model Otoha singing... she isn't really a singer in my books, since she sang this song for the Getbackers anime, and it's her only song to date (not including her only voice acting credit). You can aslo hear that she is soooo not a singer - she sounds so off key and outta tune.
